About Dr. Lesley Morical
Dr. Morical started out as a primary care, family naturopathic doctor in 1988. She completed two years of intensive education in the Luminos Homeopathic Master Clinician program in the late 1990s. In 2016, Dr. Morical was offered the opportunity to join the Tahoma Clinic as a staff doctor. There, under the mentorship of Dr. Jonathan Wright, she received further training in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and the treatment of thyroid and adrenal conditions.
During the pandemic, she moved to a small health counseling space in the Lake City Professional Building. No longer a primary care doctor, Dr. Morical provides specialty care for thyroid, adrenal and hormone health, including bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. During 2024-2025, she completed the training to become designated as an Autism Center of Excellence (COE). She is happy to provide autism diagnostic evaluations for children age 4 and older, with a special understanding of the diagnosis of autism in girls, teens, and adult men and women.

Insurance
Cash patients are welcome. A coded superbill will be provided if requested.
Dr. Morical is contracted with Premera and Lifewise, Regence, Asuris and other BCBS plans for all services including autism evaluations.
For autism diagnostic evaluations only: Molina, Coordinated Care and Community Health Plan of Washington (Washington Apple Care/Medicaid).
Prescriptions and lab tests
Washington residents under age 65, your insurance should cover regular lab tests and medications prescribed by Dr. Morical.
Compounded bioidentical hormones are not covered by insurance. Dr. Morical is happy to find alternatives that work with your budget.
If you don’t have insurance, if you live out of state, or if you are on Medicare, Dr. Morical will give you information on how to get low-cost lab tests.
